FAQs

Q: “Do you ship to ____?”

Dewdleshop currently ships to the US. (Hopeful to add other countries as soon as I can navigate Shopify's international shipping profiles) If you are in the UK/EU or any other country * not listed, please visit my Etsy Store!

*My Etsy does not ship to Germany, Brazil, Ukraine, or Russia at this time.


Q: “How long will it take to ship my order?”

I try to ship orders within a 3-5 day* window. Orders that include Preorder items will be shipped when the preorder items become available.

*Due to Shipping Delays: Please allow additional time for orders to reach you. Delays can extend shipping time to an additional 2-3 weeks domestically and 5-8 weeks internationally!


Q: “My shipping address is incorrect!”

If you have changed your address from moving or accidentally gave the wrong address on order, please contact us through the contact link at the bottom of the page with your order number.

If you have received an email with a tracking number, your order has unfortunately already shipped and the address cannot be changed. If a package is returned due to incorrect or insufficient address, there will be a reshipment fee to reship the package.

Q: “Can you combine my order?”

Unfortunately, I cannot combine orders.


Q: “Can I cancel my order?”

If your order doesn’t include a preorder item and has not been shipped out, you may cancel within a 48 hour period.


Q: “How do Preorder purchases work?”

If you order in-stock/in-hand items with a preorder item, all items will ship once the preorder item becomes available.

If you want your in-stock items and not have to wait for the preorder item to come in hand, place separate orders.

If you order two preorder items with different estimated arrival dates, they will be shipped after the latest arrival date item is in hand.

If you order two preorder items separately, they will ship as they arrive.

Q: “I forgot to apply my coupon! Can you apply it for me?”

It is the responsibility of the buyer to apply coupons before finishing checkout. Coupons cannot be applied retroactively.


Q: “An item I want is out of stock! Will you be restocking?”

Limited Edition (LE)/ Limited items will never restock unless there are some in-hand from preorders. “Last Chance” designs and items will also not be restocked as they are being retired. Other pins and items may be restocked depending on demand and popularity.

Also check the “Notify Me When Restocked” button on certain items.


Q: “I haven’t received an order confirmation/tracking email!”

Please be sure to check your spam/junk folders!
