Preorder Policy

Pins

Please allow 5-9 weeks from the preorder period for pins to be manufactured, graded, and shipped. Preorder period ends either by a certain date or when all preorder slots are filled.

Delays such as holidays, production errors, shipment, or illness may prolong delivery. As a single person run business, I appreciate your patience with preorder items. Any and all such delays will be announced to customers and on social media.

If non-preorder items are ordered with preorder products, the items will be held until preorder items are ready for shipment. These orders will ship all at once.

Preorders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed with one exception; if the preorder does not reach its goal. Preorder funds are used to cover cost of manufacturing.

Due to manufacturing processes, colors and size are subject to change. Any and all changes changes will be posted on my social media.

Charms

Please allow 4-6 weeks from preorder period ending for charms to be manufactured, graded and shipped. Preorder period ends either by a set date or once preorder slots are filled.

Custom Items

Please allow at least 5-9 weeks from ordering for custom items to be designed, manufactured, graded and shipped. Manufacturing begins when the final artwork is approved.

There are three checkpoints for artwork that need to be approved by you (the customer). Sketch, Inks, Colors. Once each checkpoint is approved by the customer, any retroactive adjustments will incur an editing fee. This editing fee will scale according to what stage of the art process the custom piece is currently at.

When Final Approvals have been made, no further edits can be made to the artwork as it will be sent to the manufacturer for production.

Preorder FAQ

Q: “Why do Custom Items cost x when single items cost less?”

Custom items are unique and often limited or one of a kind. On top of a designing/ commission fee, you are paying for the higher cost of a limited run item.


Q: “What happens if the preorder isn’t fulfilled?”

The point of a preorder is to not only fund a pin’s design but to gauge interest. If the preorder slots are not fulfilled within the allocated time, the preorder will be canceled and refunds will be given. This it the one instance where refunds will be given in preorders.


Q: “I ordered two preorder items separately, is there a way to combine shipping?”

I unfortunately cannot combine orders as it can lead to issues with shipping costs and errors when putting orders together.


Q: “I tried to use a coupon but it didn’t work on my preorder!”

Preorders are usually discounted as a bonus for ordering early. Therefore, unless specified, coupon codes will not be applicable to to preorders. Preorders DO however apply towards free shipment on domestic orders.
