Processing Time
Once your order is placed, please allow for 3-7 days for your order to be prepared for shipment. This time frame does not include weekends or holidays.
Due to Covid, shipping times may vary, especially Internationally. Shipping delays can extend from 3-5 weeks domestically, and 5-8 weeks internationally.
Shipping Options Available
For Domestic (US) Orders:
USPS First Class (3-5 Business Days, comes with tracking, no insurance)
USPS Priority (1-3 Business Days, comes with tracking, limited insurance)
International Orders:
USPS First Class International (6-10 Business Days, with tracking)
*We are not responsible for Customs Fees , Import Charges, or VAT taxes
*We are not responsible for Missing or Stolen Packages
*We are not responsible for orders misdelivered due to incorrect or undeliverable address by the customer.
Notes on Shipping Options:
Insurance claims are not possible for orders unless the customer pays for “Priority Mail” options.

Do you ship Internationally?
This shop ships Internationally with the exception of countries in the EU, Brazil, Ukraine, and Germany.
Due to VAT laws, we are unable to ship to the UK/EU through this website and encourage international shoppers * to use our Etsy Page as ETSY processes VAT fees through their site.
*We do not currently ship to Germany, Brazil, Ukraine, or Russia on Etsy.
If you are not from these countries and cannot shop at Dewdleshop please reach out to us on our Contact Us page or buy @ Etsy.
My Order tracking hasn’t updated/ hasn’t arrived! What can I do?
If the tracking number hasn’t updated in several business days, please contact your local post office with your tracking information. If this does not help your situation, try following the steps on the USPS site here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
It is the responsibility of the customer to reach out to the USPS regarding lost or stolen packages.
If a package is returned, we will happily resend it at a discounted shipping cost.
